All services are purchased in advance.
Refunds are limited due to the nature of research services.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility
Before work begins:
A refund may be considered if a written cancellation request is received before research has started.
After work has begun:
No refunds will be issued once research, data review, or analysis has started.
Work is considered “started” once:
Intake information is reviewed, or
Research tools or records are accessed, or
Time is allocated to the project.
Subscription Services (Asset Monitoring)
Cancellation
Subscription services may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with findings or lack of results
Changes in client circumstances
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate intake information
Misunderstanding of service scope

Elara does not guarantee the discovery of specific assets or outcomes.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

The client misrepresents their authority or intent
Continued service would violate applicable laws or these policies
In such cases, refunds are at our discretion depending on work completed.
